GDPR

Candidate and recruiter rights information for EEA and UK users.

If you are in the EEA or UK, data protection law may give you rights that include access, export, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and the ability to request human review of certain AI-assisted processing where applicable.

Recruiter-facing scoring, evidence views, and rankings are decision-support tools. They must not be used as the sole basis for final employment decisions.

To make a privacy or data-rights request, email kashanhumayun076@gmail.com and include enough detail for us to identify your account, application, or candidate record.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, especially in the EU/EEA member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

EU production use should include a completed data-protection impact assessment where required, a documented retention schedule, a records-of-processing review, and operational procedures for handling access, deletion, objection, and human-review requests.
