Elanqo AI is designed around explainability and traceability. The product stores evidence pointers, keeps deterministic snapshots where available, and surfaces recruiter-visible reasoning rather than only opaque scores.

The product is intended to support human-in-the-loop hiring. Recruiters and hiring teams remain responsible for lawful, fair, and non-discriminatory employment decisions.

Public artifact checks should only be run against candidate-provided or otherwise lawful public sources, and the resulting outputs should be interpreted proportionately and reviewed by a human.
